The small group, semi-private KoSho Cardio Kickboxing classes focus on high-intensity, dynamic workouts. Add this calorie-burning awesome training to your weekly fitness routines. The semi-private KoSho Parkinson's Kickboxing classes, scheduled for interested small groups, focus on the full range of human biomechanics. Move to the timing and tempo of fun music as you punch and kick your way to better balance and coordination

Hello, my name is Johnny Linebarger, Sensei and Director of Training. I'm very PROUD that hundreds of people, from all walks of life, are praising our programs and telling their friends and neighbors about the positive impact it's having on their lives.

Our students are surprised by how easy it is to get started and delighted that they don't have to "already be in great shape or know how to kick & punch" to enjoy their new classes.
